Hello  my name is Kahlea and I have 8+ years  of experience in various health and social care settings such as care agencies, hospital settings, rehabilitation health care assistant within the discharge to assess services in the community.

I have Level 3 Diploma Health & Social care, NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate in the principles of end of life and NCFE CACHE Level 2 certificate in the principles of care planning. Accredited CDP Certifications in level 3 Safeguarding Adults, Level 1 Food hygiene, Advance care planning & record keeping and Catheterisation. Completed training in Anaphylaxis awareness, Dementia awareness and medication training for care.
